In the few weeks, a couple of months that I've started taking Nucific, there have been significant results in the appearance of my stomach and general physique. I don't require the previous high carb and caloric intake as before. A moderate diet simply does suffice. I've lost weight, look great, and have been sporting my itty bitty bikini. Enough said!
