I am coming to grips with having a personality disorder, and I had been feeling frustrated and kind of languishing in my life. I was doing things but not really accomplishing what I wanted to or needed to.
I heard of BetterHelp from a YouTube channel that I was listening to and felt that it was time that I seek some guidance and directions.
I found it was really easy to sign up, and they got me working with a great therapist. Although my therapy has been brief, I know that I can follow up again and reconnect with her later if my needs require it.
