Where I live, there were only like 10-12 counselors available. After ruling out the counselors who are specialized in areas I didn’t need, I ended up with only 3-4 counselors. The one I started with wasn’t the greatest fit. When I decided to switch to a different one, I found that the other few that matched what I needed had schedules that didn’t work for me. So I ended up canceling the service.
The concept sounds nice, but it isn’t realistic for all areas of the US. Might as well see some state provided assistance or use your insurance for less frequent sessions in person.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
