I started on August 7th. Today is October 2nd. The last few days I have had good energy, and my appetite is under control. I was about to give up thinking it wasn’t doing much. I’m glad I didn’t. I’ve had an upper respiratory problem for the last two weeks and wasn’t feeling good, so I wasn’t sure if it was helping until the last several days. Thanks.
