I work full time and going to other places can be difficult during the day. BetterHelp was so amazing in the fact that I could schedule sessions during my evening time and the therapist could work with me. It's an amazing tool, and I have recommended it to other people because of the ease of use. Help should never be a difficult thing to acquire, however, sometimes life gets in the way. BetterHelp lets me make time for helping myself, without causing more chaos in my brain. Thank you, BetterHelp, thank you for all you do.
