If you are introverted, extremely busy and are able to be forthright through your phone, this counseling service is for you. Pick the plan that is affordable for you, do the "homework," and I am positive that this will help you. It is extremely awesome to be able to text my counselor when I need to, and they will even contact me to check on me! It’s very nice.
