Opendoor had us sign a late checkout addendum and held $1,000 in escrow. We were fine with that. The addendum we signed stated the money would be sent within 5 days. It has been 3 weeks and no money. No right to withhold it. Zero right. The home is the same as it was when they made the offer to purchase it. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Now we have to hire an attorney just to get our money back that was promised to us within 5 days. Do NOT use this company to sell or buy!
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
