We uploaded documents for pre-approval on July 20th, found our dream home and submitted purchase agreement on August 18th, and closed on our new home on September 25th. I loved the ease of uploading and reviewing electronically, immediate feedback (or less than 24 hours) for any questions and concerns, regular follow-up by our customer support rep, and the smoothest closing imaginable.
