I already sent this once. I took one pill after every time I ate, and I have diverticulitis, and had been having a lot of problems with my intestines. After starting the supplement, I no longer have the pain and other symptoms that I was having. It has helped so much with this problem I have been dealing with for years. I have also told other people about it.
