    Extremely successful

    Overall Experience:

    I am not a fan of email support, it is usually for me always ineffective. That being said, when I emailed support at Bombfell, I was pleasantly surprised to get a very quick response from Xavier. He was pleasant and helped work out the issue. He made sure I did not need to pay for an item I did not receive and gave me options for either getting it later or just going forward. Good job and thank you.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
