I began using BIO X4 as soon as delivered. I can honestly say that it truly reduces my appetite, and has improved my digestion.
Coupled with the other advice from Nucific, and these dietary changes, have me feeling better. I've been losing a half pound of weight each week. This is sustainable and much better than crash dieting. I'll keep going. BIO X4 works!
