I have been taking this product for just over a week now. I have not lost any weight but have not put on any either. I do not feel as hungry as prior to taking it. Not enough time yet to give a good review. It takes quite a long time for delivery to Australia. I really do not know yet whether I would recommend it or not. However, in saying that, this company seems very good to deal with.
