I have enjoyed the Morning Complete Nutritional Supplement in powder form for the last month. I decided to take the leap and make the purchase because I was very impressed with actress and brand ambassador Maggie Q's presentation of the product. I also am passionate about nutrition and wellness, and was both curious and eager to try the product. I wanted to try it to 1) support my digestive health, 2) increase energy and focus in the morning in a natural, healthful way, and 3) re-boot my microbiome with good gut flora to burn fat cells, maintain increased energy levels without the crash, and stabilize my blood glucose levels. I am a mother of three young children. Choosing healthful food and supplements is critically important for my energy, healthful wellness, and vitality, and overall well being.

I am pleased with this product because it has aided my digestive health and has helped to reduce the customary early morning "brain fog," and it has given me increased energy throughout the morning without an energy crash. I plan to continue taking Morning Complete as part of my diet. I am not a vegan or vegetarian, but by adding this nutritional supplement to my diet, I have been able to consciously choose more healthful food choices throughout the day, contributing to a more positive food cycle diet. I take Morning Complete in addition to a small whole-food breakfast, usually a fried or scramble egg, and a slice of organic bread toast. I have not been able to take the product as a breakfast in and of itself, I would be satiated for about an hour and then feel strong hunger pangs; however, when I take it with a small portioned whole foods breakfast, it aids my health and wellness in the ways I've stated.

I am enthusiastic about this product, and hope to continue it for as long as my budget has the elasticity to support it. Thank you for formulating it with quality plant proteins, and for creating a product that supports health, vitality, and overall wellbeing.
