I've been taking Morning Complete for a few weeks now and have noticed that I haven't been hungry until lunchtime. I haven't noticed any weight loss, but have noticed a change in my bathroom habits. The trips to the john have increased by 2 per day. I believe that it is a healthy alternative to my past breakfast routine. I skip one day a week due to having a breakfast work meeting, but I don't think that has any adverse effects.
