I am learning a lot about different liquors...how they taste, why they taste, and the history of the taste.
The bourbons and brandies interest me the most...I found out my great-grandfather was making cognac/brandy using raisins and even Żubrówka in Russia and later (post-Stalin) in Persia. I hope someday to revive his legacy.
