    Worth it!

    Overall Experience:

    My son is getting married soon so I wanted to lose a few pounds so I wouldn’t look like a stuffed sausage in my fancy mother of the groom dress. The menopausal pudge has been a struggle, so I knew I had to buckle down and really focus on losing at least 4 pounds.

    I came across the Morning Complete promo and thought it was worth a try. I add it to my morning, on the way to work water bottle and drank a diluted amount throughout the day (I drink at least 64 oz. of water daily). I have steadily lost a pound a week and have met my goal of losing 4 pounds WITHOUT CHANGING MY DIET OR INCREASING EXERCISE. Granted I do strength training at least two times a week and strive to get 10,000 steps in 5 days a week. I also eat a clean, organic diet, however, I am a kindergarten teacher, and I partake in the junk food in the teacher's lounge when stressed out.

    I’m very glad I took a chance with Morning Complete! Four pounds is noticeable on my 5’2” body. My current weight is 125 lbs and I look forward to looking slim and trim for my son’s wedding. I also look forward to making Morning Complete a part of my regular intake.
