I have wonderful things to say about selecting Rocket Mortgage, part of Quicken Loans. I researched online mortgage solutions in particular and Rocket Mortgage rose to the top.
My experience was super, smooth as could be, no show stoppers, no surprises, and I closed in less than 30 days.
My star performers were Justin Vacca, mortgage banker, who guided me online and via phone until the loan was locked, then Jessica Karbon, Sr. Purchase Specialist, who processed the loan to closing. Also, Jessica Tabores, purchase Closing Specialist, active for closing process.
They set me up with a web page sectioned off for my "to do" list, a message board for conversing and keeping a history log of messages, a documents tab for documents uploaded by me or them.
And, key? Minimum documentation required and so easy to either sign consent for Rocket Mortgage to obtain or for me to upload. I recall uploading pay statements easy because they were online thru my employer, and bank statement to prove where earnest money came from, again easy to upload via my online bank account.
Each of my interactions were personal and professional.
I would most certainly recommend Rocket Mortgage.
