From beginning to end, Rocket Mortgage was engaged. Any time I had a question, a response was promptly answered via the web interface. There were a couple of things that I was confused on, but a quick question resolved my confusion. I thought it was particularly convenient to be able to download from the website and know exactly what I needed to do via the "Things to do" part of the website. The process was quick and fairly simple. This is the second time I have refinanced with Quicken/Rocket Mortgage. I would easily do it a third time should I need to in the future.
