It took about a week but then I noticed better sleep, more energy, happier, and now I'm losing weight. It helps suppress my hunger or need to eat all the time. I'm motivated and have clearer thinking. My skin is looking younger and my bald spots are growing hair. Everyone needs to be on this. Even my hairdresser said something about my hair at week three out the blue.
