It makes me feel good in the a.m, it curbs my appetite for a bit, nothing has ever done that. And I feel completely cleaned out daily without cramping up and feeling abnormal. I'm glad I got 3 months worth and got a great deal because I feel it's adding to my health journey. Thank you.
