The men's socks are way too small for the size stated, and the women's crew socks were too tight at the calf. The quarter socks, on the other hand, were fabulous! Comfy, warm and stylish. I was underwhelmed by the return procedure. It took several days and several emails to get that accomplished. It should be easier for such a routine task.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

No instructions on the website on how to do that, it only says to contact them, so I did, filled out the form, and got an email with "We received your request (456750) and our crack team of Customer Happiness reps is on the job. Currently response times are under 24 hours." Well, it has been 24 hours. Why make customers "contact us" for a simple return. Just print the instructions and address on your website and let me go on, geesh! Even if I liked the socks, I wouldn't bother with a company that can't handle a simple request. I had also ordered a pair of "no show," and they came off at the heel so, so no, they don't stay.
