    Stopped working at about 31 days

    Overall Experience:

    It took a bit to decide color choice in makeup, but that was easily remedied with a little time. I think if it had kept working, I might have really liked it.

    But I must have gotten a lemon, since the machine just died. Their return policy was a return within 30 days, so I missed that windows of opportunity by days. That should have been a red flag to me or anyone that a return policy is only 30 days. Many of us are busy and it may take a while to get used to a new product. If a product is good, they should stand behind their product! Especially as it was the compressor that stopped working.

    My unit looks brand new, I cleaned it out well every time, but it stopped working within days of the warranty time, so I was unable to return. When I called, they said it was the compressor since nothing worked. Although they didn’t recommend it, he suggested I could try to fix the compressor myself or buy a new unit.

    I definitely would have returned it had it been within the return window, but I should have been given a new unit. Mine was a faulty unit, but I would have liked to continue using the product. As the compressor is what makes it work or not, the quality should obviously be better.

    If Luminess wants to allow me to return my product and send me a new one, I would love to talk with someone and revise my review. Customer service is a huge plus or minus for a company.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
