    Ignored and misled

    Overall Experience:

    I bought a pair of jeans. I was promised the merchandise on 10/15/18 but I didn't receive it until 10/20/18. To top things off, the jeans were way too small and DID NOT have a button hole to fasten the jeans! Wish.com refunded my money then turned around and told me to KEEP the pair jeans, that I CANNOT FIT at all, and use the refunded money to buy a pair that fit! HORRIBLE customer service! There is no phone number to call, just contacting via email and it can take up to 48 HOURS for an answer! There is absolutely NO INFO on how to exchange for a correct size! Wish.com seems as though they are lazy when it comes to customer service!

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
