    It’s mostly a great breakfast

    Overall Experience:

    I mix the powder in a drink with fruit and oats, and I’m usually full through 2 pm. It’s an easy breakfast to prepare, and I think I’m getting a lot of needed nutrients. I wish I had better bowel movements.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
