BetterHelp has changed my life in so many ways, I can’t even begin to describe. My therapist and I mesh so well, and she truly helps me in any way she can (Regina Spencer). I had something extremely urgent happen to me, and she was one of the next people I told after my parents. She truly cares and was ready to help immediately.
