My first month is almost over, and I'm thinking I will order another month's supply. I do like some things that have occurred that I attribute to it and I feel that it wasn't perfect only because I wasn't perfect. I am, as usual, a work in progress.
The morning drink was not objectionable in flavor, which to me is important for being able to continue. It does curb my appetite and cravings, and that effect seems to last all day! I'm trying to not eat my breakfast bar every morning since I don't really need it and I certainly don't need the carbs. I'm addicted to them, and they are a monthly order so I will continue to eat them until I run out of them and not order more. This means I need another month as a test.
I haven't really lost any weight, but I've been staying at the bottom of my bounce, which is encouraging to me as I might actually lose weight. Something I have never in my life been able to do. I always say that I have gained a pound a year for 50 years, putting me at 50 lbs overweight at age 73.
I tried a recipe that was emailed out and liked it well enough (with adaptations) to try it again.
