    Nucific BIO X4

    Heartburn and nausea

    Overall Experience:

    After taking BIO X4 for three weeks, I started getting nausea. I read that this could be a side effect that may last a week, so I powered through. After a week I started getting flu-like symptoms and bad heartburn. I continued to take it for two more days, and then I started to get bad acid reflux, to the point where my throat was swelling and it felt like I had a stone in my throat. Reading up on it this sounded like GERD, so I stopped taking BIO X4. The symptoms kept up for a week when I finally started taking heartburn medication. After three days I felt almost normal again.

    Until it happened again, and again, and again. I can only assume the good bacteria in my stomach was compromised. It's been approximately two months since I stopped taking it.

    Since I found out at over 30 years ago that I was allergic to avocados, and stopped eating them, I haven't had any stomach issues. After BIO X4 I have them frequently. I lived in Indonesia for 10 years and ate spicy street food daily, without any issues. Now I look at a chili and the heartburn starts.

    I am starting myself on a regiment of probiotics and hope this will put things right, I just hope this product didn't cause any serious damage.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
