    Horrible return policy!

    Overall Experience:

    I ordered a dress for a wedding and paid extra for rush shipping. It is not clear that rush shipping ONLY occurs once the product arrives in the U.S., which can take weeks. I followed their return policy to the letter and it's been 90 days and my package is still in transit to CHINA. I should have sold the item on eBay! I now have my credit card company involved in trying to get a credit to my account. The worst experience ever with mail order clothes!

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

      Since international returns might result in a long waiting time and incur substantial return cost on your side.

      For a money refund.

      After you have mailed back the package, please provide a return tracking number to us, then we will check.

      If you do not have a return tracking, kindly send us a picture of the return receipt.
