If you are looking for a toothbrush that swirls and brushes your teeth for you, this is not the toothbrush for you. You still have to brush your teeth, but it vibrates and tells you when to move to the next section in your mouth. My teeth feel cleaner, and my gums feel healthier than they do when I use any other toothbrush. I'm so happy I heard about this on Sirius 100 and took Howard's and Gary's advice and tried it.
