I received my ActivatedYou and took it the next morning. I have to say that it totally cleaned me out for days. So I cut the product in half because it just seemed like it was way too much for me. And it is much better. The taste is ok, not my favorite, but it is doable. The full amount is very strong, but when I cut it in half, it's not so bad. All in all, I like the product.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
