My husband and I have both been taking this product for one month, and I do notice a difference! In conjunction with some of the other Dr. Gundry products, and following The Plant Paradox diet, we have both lost weight, are sleeping better, and feel better overall. I mostly cook our meals at home (from scratch), but on the occasion when we do eat out, it's a relief to know that I can take lectin shield to be protected from any lectins I may inadvertently consume.
