I have only been using Morning Complete for less than a month and I already can see results. The taste took some getting used to, but I solved that by mixing in a small amount of water in an 8 oz. water bottle to dissolve and then fill with Sparkling Ice zero sugar water of different flavors. Yum, a new experience every morning.
