The reason that I did not rate a 5 is that I have only been taking around three weeks. Up until this time I had been taking a high-quality collagen supplement that had great clinical testing reviews to assist in my knee pain. It did a great job, but I do suffer from hair loss and am looking to reverse that. No changes yet, but I am hopeful.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
