    Overall Experience:

    I wanted to do something to improve my diet. I liked the idea of positively conditioning my GI tract, improving my nutritional intake, with the possibility of some added energy. I am the mother of a large family and normally start the day with a few cups of coffee. I found that I needed far less coffee because I had more energy. I didn’t care for the taste of the product, so I mix it in a cup of unsweetened tea, which helped. I don’t feel hungry, so I can delay my first meal while still getting important nutrients. It is quite costly. I have had the side effect of some bad smelling gas.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
