I love it. It blends very well in my morning cup of tea, and I actually love the flavor it has. I won't go a single morning without it. I believe it has calming effects because I don't feel as rushed or stressed after having my ActivatedYou drink! You've got a real winner here for me. I have had gastric bypass surgery and I know now with certainly that I'm starting to feel much better.
