    They stole my money

    Overall Experience:

    I ordered almost 15 items at one go for $25 on September 9th. They gave me the delivery date as October 16th to October 26th for all the items. Each day I will get a notification asking "have you received the item?" When we click no, they will extend the delivery date and this goes on, but delivery will never happen.

    Now the important part - when I try to contact customer service and ask for a refund, I'm getting a message saying "We are sorry, unfortunately, the refund window is closed on November 17th." What the heck. That means my money is gone and my item is also gone. Such a disgusting shopping website. Never do shopping with this website.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
