I have purchased two courses.
The yoga one is absolutely useless! You get better information FREE on YouTube.
The second one doesn’t work. NONE of the videos load. I have emailed them but never heard back from them.
Don’t bother with this rubbish!
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
