    FixMeStick

    Wow, just wow!

    Overall Experience:

    I have an older desktop computer with Windows XP. I did a lot of my family ancestry research on it. I also had the Office Professional 2013 program on it. About 2 years ago, in doing some research, I clicked on a link thinking I was going to find some old newspaper to search for obituaries, and that is when it happened. Malware and the infamous "blue screen."

    I had an anti-virus program, but it was no help. So, I started using my laptop. There were photos and documents on my desktop that I wanted to rescue, but I had no luck. For 2 years it tormented me that I might lose those photos of my ancestors and the stories I had gathered in those documents.

    I had seen many ads for this product, but was skeptical. Then a few weeks back, I decided, what have I got to lose? I ordered the FixMeStick. It came, I plugged it in, and nothing. Just a blue screen. So, I tried something else. I restarted the computer up in safe mode and used the FixMeStick as the boot. A little over 5 hours later, I had a functioning computer, again.

    Now, keep in mind that Windows XP is no longer a supported or updatable operating system, so I do not, and will not be online with it, and as that is the case, I did not update the virus' on the FixMeStick for this application. BUT, I did do that when I used it on my laptop with Windows 10. I am a very convinced and content customer. THANK YOU.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
