I’m a morning smoothie kinda gal so I’m always game for healthy alternatives. I loved the shakes but because of having to pay extra duty on top of our Canada exchange rate it is just too much to keep using. All those lucky USA citizens should be the healthiest ones around. In combination with weight watchers eating plan, it helped me reach my goal in 5 months. Prevention is key rather than waiting for a crisis.
