It did nothing to solve my problem. Waste of time and money. The customer service is non-existent. I cannot speak to a live person. They will not respond to emails. Still have spam interruptions when I attempt to get in my MSN Hotmail account. Also experiencing issues when I am on certain websites like Chicago Blackhawks NHL. Shame on this company. Should be called Fix Nothing Stick.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
