Dear Dr. Gundry, I'm a 57-year-old male who has recently experienced a problem with any type of processed food. I've been to several doctors & specialists who have not been able to give me a diagnosis. I have lost 30 pounds and am down to 132 pounds. It seems that when I eat any food that is processed it causes me to vomit uncontrollably throughout the night. Sometimes this will last several days in a row.
When I viewed the video online I thought this could be a product that might help me. I made the order and was amazed at how quickly it arrived. I think the ProPlant is an excellent product that I use every day. I do not use it as a substitute for a meal, I use it in addition to my meal with the goal of trying to gain weight.
My only concern was during the check-out process on the website. I wanted to try 3 of the ProPlant 22 oz. containers, but as I navigated to the checkout area of the website, it kept bringing back and asking me if I wanted to purchase 6 containers at a better price. Because I was a first time user of ProPlant, I thought I should start with 3. When I received my order, there were 6 in the box. I thought there had been a mistake.
What had happened is somehow I had hit the button for 3 containers 2 times. Because I like the product so much I did not complain or write to the company. However, since I did purchase 6 containers, I wasn't sure I received the proper discount for buying all 6 at the same time. It seemed that it was 2 separate purchases with a discount for buying 3 at a time? I'm sorry I did not save my receipt so I do not have my order number.
