    Sad customer service

    Overall Experience:

    Tried this for my MacBook pro (& iMac). Didn't work initially and then took months to receive a replacement stick. That didn't work and then another replacement. Finally worked but with hours of online support.

    Finally, they said they would extend my subscription period due to my many problems. Then my subscription expired on the original date anyway. When I asked them why via email, I received no answer.

    Frustrating & disappointing. Maybe it works for PCs?

    Waste of time and money.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
