Overall the experience was much faster compared to other private mortgage company we have worked with in the past. The web portal is easy and fast, making the process simple. The responses from the RM reps were fast if not sometimes instantaneous. We actually closed ahead of schedule.
We come prepared with all the documents and Quicken had the most competitive rates as we shopped around. Overall very satisfied.
