    Easy to take.

    Overall Experience:

    I mixed it with water and dark cherry juice and it is easy to take. I am not seeing many changes in weight though. I do feel less hungry in the mornings though, and less bloated. I am going to try it for another month and see if there are other changes.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
