I will start off by saying that the elements included in this product are excellent and a well rounded nutritional supplement, and I will continue to use ActivatedYou because of that.
However, that being said, my number one reason for initially ordering this product after watching a lengthy video featuring Maggie Q, was her repeatedly mentioning how this product helped her with daily regularity. In my case, I did not see a remarkable difference after using this product for a month now. So with this product claim, I was disappointed.
But, as I said, because of the well-balanced nutritional value alone, I would recommend this product.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
