I am a mid-sixties woman with a history of several autoimmune health issues. I started using this in conjunction with going gluten-free to improve my irritable bowel symptoms. I have noted decreased symptoms post meals; such as bloating, cramping, and stabbing pain. It is easy to get two doses in each day, because without them, I risk a return of those symptoms or increase of the occasional flare-ups I still have. I have been using the Lectin Shield for just over a month, but I do notice a difference.
I am looking forward to even better improvement as I continue to clean up my diet and get more in touch with monitoring my symptoms.
