I’ve been using this product for 1 and 1/2 weeks and I don’t seem to get heartburn anymore. The only thing I am disappointed in is the powder does not dissolve very well in any liquid, and clumps at the bottom of the glass.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
