My experience with Rocket was great from start to finish. I was able to easily do some research online in the system, and when I got stuck, I jumped to the chat feature and started a dialog with Jordan, who became my loan officer. She helped me through the process and then kept the conversation going as I moved through my evaluation.
Once the decision was made, the rest of the team made it easy. The online portal to upload docs and ask/answer questions saved so much time.
Overall, I'm so happy that I chose to work with Rocket and the team there and would definitely recommend them to others.
