Be careful. I placed an order over three weeks ago and nothing. I keep sending emails to ask for updates (their tracking service doesn't work), and IF I receive anything at all in return it is a drafted "please wait another few days." I definitely won't be shopping with them again. IF I receive anything at all, let alone it being in working order (after reading other reviews), I'll be very surprised.

I placed an order on January 6th, 2019. I keep asking them for a status on my order and they are giving me the run around. They keep saying it's on his way. I don't believe them at all. I wish I would have found this website and read the reviews. I only placed an order four items so I hope I receive what I ordered.
The other thing that is bugging me about this is talks about a subscription box. I didn't know they had one so I really hope I will not be charged for this. I will wait until January 25th and if I don't get my order, I will ask my credit company to reimburse me. There is no way I will be paying for something that doesn't look like I will not be receiving. They are the worst company out there. I order from Revolution Beauty all the time and get my orders in an acceptable time frame, and they send it from Europe. I guess my package got sent by ship instead of an airplane.
