I was reluctant to try it at first. I mean, I am taking so many vitamins per day and the fulvic humic minerals. But then, I was battling stomach aches for a while and so I decided to try. It took a few days for the stomach aches to disappear, but now, I feel great. Much more regular and much less bloating. Great to notice the bloating going down.
So, I'm going to continue with three a day, hoping the bloating will disappear altogether.
